Jeff and Quint picked up Songwriter of the Year honors at the 8th Annual Pearl Awards, presented by the Faith-Centered Music Association. It was actually a tie -- with one of their frequent co-writers Jeannine Lasky. In addition, they wish to thank other collaborators: Jim Oliver, James Hollister, Ron Saltmarsh, Matt Lopez and Patricia Smith.
10/08 - Nine Pearl Award Nominations
Joshua Creek received nine 2008 Pearl Award nominations from the Faith-Centered Music Association. Nominations included Contemporary Album of The Year (“Heaven’s Not That Far”), Motivational Song (“Love You Son”), Contemporary Song (“She’s My Everything”), Devotional Song (“Let Go”) and Folk Song (“The Quilt”). The Pearl Awards Dinner will take place November 12.

10/08 - Joshua Creek Song in New Movie
The Joshua Creek song, “Please Don’t Make Me Dance” (not on any of our CDs) is featured in the new movie, “Forever Strong.” The cast includes Gary Cole, Sean Faris, Neal McDonough, Sean Astin and Arielle Kebbel. Click here to find a theatre new you. It’s a pretty darn good movie!
